The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees for any engagement will be agreed upon separately in a written proposal or service agreement between the client and Jishnu Digital.

3. Client Responsibilities

By engaging my services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
  • Grant necessary access to website platforms, Google Analytics, Search Console, or other required tools
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Review and approve deliverables within agreed timelines
  • Ensure that any content or materials you provide do not infringe third-party rights

Delays caused by failure to fulfil these responsibilities may affect project timelines and deliverables.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • A deposit (as specified in the proposal) is required before work begins
  • Remaining payment is due upon project completion or as per the agreed payment schedule
  • Late payments beyond 7 days of the due date may be subject to a late fee
  • All fees are in the currency agreed at time of proposal (INR, SGD, or USD)

Jishnu Digital reserves the right to pause or suspend work on any project with outstanding invoices.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives rights to use all deliverables produced specifically for their project (content, reports, strategy documents). Jishnu Digital retains the right to reference the engagement as a case study or portfolio piece unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

Methodologies, templates, frameworks, and tools developed by Jishnu Digital remain the intellectual property of Jishnu Digital.

6. Results Disclaimer

SEO involves working within search engine algorithms that are controlled by third parties (Google, Bing, etc.). While I apply best practices and data-driven strategies, I cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or business outcomes. Search engine rankings can fluctuate due to algorithm updates, competitor activity, and other factors outside my control.

No specific result is guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a written service agreement.

7. Confidentiality

I treat all client information, business data, and project details as confidential and will not disclose them to third parties without your prior written consent, except where required by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jishnu Digital's liability for any claim arising from services provided shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the specific engagement in question.

Jishnu Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of revenue, business opportunities, or data.

9. Website Use

By using jishnudigital.com, you agree that:

  • You will not use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • You will not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website
  • Content on this website (including blog posts, case studies, and copy) is the intellectual property of Jishnu Digital and may not be reproduced without permission

  • Work completed up to the termination date will be invoiced and payable
  • Any advance payments for undelivered work may be refunded on a pro-rata basis at my discretion, unless otherwise stated in the project agreement

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the website or my services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
